Charter information

Alabote can be found on pontoon K at the ‘Pêro de Teive’ Marina in Ponta Delgada, Island of S. Miguel, Azores – 37º 74´952” N  025º 65´210” W. The boat usually leaves the marina at 9:00 AM in accordance with clients. Yet, departure times may also be advised to change due to the bite of the fish to improve even more our chances of catching fish. For lodging, we can  highly recommend the four star hotel, Marina Atlântico, located just 70 m from our boat.

Fishing tackle, lunch, snacks, and drinks (water, beer, wine and soft drinks) are supplied on board and are included in the daily charter fee. For half day charters, lunch is not provided. In any case, please let us know if you have any food allergies.

Max. persons advised on board: 4 fishermens plus 2 observers. Prices are for the entire boat, not per person.

What to wear

Light clothing as shorts and t-shirts are perfect during the summer months. In spring just add a lightweight raincoat in case of some rain appear. In winter, make sure to bring a lightweight raincoat and light clothing that you can layer for cooler days. Even in cloudy days, please be careful and protect yourself from sunburn by using a cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Also, good and comfortable shoes will make your fishing trip safer and easier.
